Privacy Policy

The Ukrainian Freedom Fund only collects personal information that is voluntarily and knowingly provided to us by a site visitor wanting to make a donation, to contact us, or to sign up for our mailing list. Our donation forms may require users to provide us their contact information that may include name, address, zip/postal codes, and email address. This information is available to the UFF and third-party service providers involved in the operation of this website. While we believe these companies are upstanding, reputable members of the community of providers offering services to non-profit organizations and will treat your personal information responsibly, we do not own or control them.

The information that UFF collects is stored and processed via secure means to the maximum extent possible. We do not store sensitive information from our visitors or donors, such as credit cards or social security numbers. We also protect account information by ensuring that is only accessible by certain qualified members of the UFF team.

The UFF will use the information that it collects and stores, directly or through third-party providers,  to maintain communication with you and improve the operation of our organization. Examples of such activities may include:

  • Sending email and other communication to users with updates on our organization;
  • Soliciting your support, including donations, toward our mission;
  • Improving our website and social media content;
  • Conducting data analysis to determine the success of our campaigns and develop future strategies.

Protecting your information is of great importance to the UFF and is something we take very seriously. While our methods are the accepted industry standard for security protocol, and make it extremely difficult for your data to be intercepted by anyone else, no data transmission over the Internet is ever 100% secure. So while we strive to protect your information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of such information.
