Olha Bosak
co-Founder, volunteer

Olha Bosak is the only Ukrainian and only woman on the Board of Directors of the Norwegian energy company AICE Hydro; member of the Supervisory Board of the Ukrainian-Austrian Association; owner of Olha Bosak Management Consulting; author of Live Free project that was launched in the General Assembly building of the UN in New York, with the aim to promote an image of new post-Maidan Ukraine to the global community. Due to her active involvement in Orange Revolution in 2004 Olha Bosak was invited by Ukraine’s President Yushchenko to serve in his Administration. Olha managed several international projects as well as worked at international companies. Contributed to energy industry transformation in Ukraine while working with the largest energy company Naftogaz of Ukraine as a Director of the Center for Reforms of Oil & Gas Sector and Corporate Governance of SOEs. Olha Bosak received two degrees, in Economics and Management from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and in Philosophy and Theology from the Ukrainian Catholic University (Lviv). She also completed training programs in Austria, Germany, France and the US.  

Andy Bain

Andy Bain is one of the early founders of the advertising and media industries in Ukraine. He have been working here since 1992 after founding Atlantic Group Limited. Andy received a B.A. degree at Yale University and an MBA from the University of Michigan in the United States. He served in Iraq and have been recently retired as a colonel from the US Marine Corps Reserve.

Morgan Williams
Director, volunteer

Morgan Williams serves as the director of Government Relations for Sigma Bleyzer Private Equity. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE), Senior Advisor, U.S.-Ukraine Foundation (USUF), member of Phi Beta Kappa. Morgan received a B.A. degree in Economics and Business Administration from Ottawa University and a M.A. degree in Economics from the University of Kansas. He started working on the economic and private business development of Ukraine in 1992. In January 2007 Morgan Williams was elected President/CEO of the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC). He has been awarded three State medals from the Government of Ukraine for his contribution to the economic development of Ukraine. Morgan Williams is the founder/trustee of the "Holodomor: Through the Eyes of Ukrainian Artists" collection.

 

 

Eduard Vozniy
Volunteer

Eduard Vozniy is a former professional logistics officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He received a degree in Economics from Odessa Military Institute. In 2003 - 2004 Eduard went to Kuwait as part of the 19th battalion of radiation, chemical and bacteriological protection with a humanitarian mission and to Iraq later on with a peace mission. He is an honored military officer. After returning from Iraq Eduard left military service at the rank of a captain. Since 2005 he has been working at Atlantic Group Limited as Administrative Director.

Tamara Spareva,
Development Director, Volunteer

Tamara Spareva received higher education degrees in Economics from Kyiv National Economics University and in Psychology from National University Taras Shevchenko of Kyiv. She has extensive work experience in supply chain and procurement with multinational companies. Tamara also participated as a team member in the Defense Committee of the US-Ukraine Business Council in an effort to bring more transparency in procurement in Defense sector of Ukraine.
